The establishment of Van Loi Co., Ltd
Vietnam entered the Đổi Mới (Renovation) era in the late 1980s with powerful shifts in its economic institutions. Right after the National Assembly enacted the Law on Private Enterprises in late 1990, Van Loi Co., Ltd. was officially established on April 26, 1991, in Ho Chi Minh City. As one of the very first private chemical trading enterprises in Vietnam, we take pride in laying the initial foundation for a journey driven by the ambition to serve and contribute to domestic manufacturing right from the start

With a network of offices and branches spanning across the country, Huu Tin Co., Ltd. made a historical turning point in 2008 by executing a comprehensive system-wide restructuring. Upgrading its governance framework, the company officially rebranded as Kien Vuong Co., Ltd

Amid global market shifts, Kien Vuong Co., Ltd. affirmed its solid strength by launching operations for its Hung Yen Branch on January 1, 2024. The addition of the Hung Yen unit completes a robust, three-pronged logistics foothold in the key Northern economic zone, optimizing storage capacity and enabling swift, safe product distribution
Renaming Huu Tin Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. in Long An to the Tay Ninh Branch of Kien Vuong Co., Ltd
On June 12, 2025, the National Assembly of Vietnam officially passed Resolution No. 202/2025/QH15 on the reorganization and merger of provincial-level administrative units to unlock new development space for the country. Continuing its roadmap to optimize operations following the administrative boundary merger, Kien Vuong Co., Ltd. restructured internally, officially transitioning its organizational model and renaming Huu Tin Pharmaceutical Chemical Co., Ltd. in Long An to Kien Vuong Co., Ltd. – Tay Ninh Branch starting December 29, 2025
